For your peace of mind we verify your delivery.
As soon as a delivery team have distributed into a specified postcode or area, the Team Leader will return to the area of distribution and randomly choose households and ask the residents if they have received your leaflet or promotional item through the door that day. The resident will be asked to sign a ‘backcheck’ sheet, verifying receipt of your item.
By doing this the Team leader can see exactly where your delivery has gone and, if he finds gaps in the distribution he will return to ensure coverage is complete.
We also encourage our clients to meet the delivery team on the day of distribution to see first hand the delivery taking place.
